The 21st International Quran Recitation Conference was held in Bangladesh from 24th December 2021 to 9th January 2022. The conference was organized by International Quran Recitation Association (IQRA), sponsored by PHP Family Bangladesh, in association with Islamic Foundation.
The opening ceremony of the conference was held at the National Mosque Baitul Mukarrom, Dhaka on 24th December at 4.30pm. The program was inaugurated by the Hon. Minister for Fisheries and Livestock Mr. S M Rezaul Karim MP. Sufi Mohammed Mizanur Rahman, Chairman PHP Family, was present as the Chief Patron.
Janab Mawlana Qari Shah Ataullah Ibne Hafejji Hujur, Chairman, Bangladesh Khilafat Andolon; Janab AZM Nafiul Islam, Deputy Inspector General of Bangladesh Police; Janab Dr. Mushfiqur Rahman, Director General of Islamic Foundation; Janab Misbahur Rahman Chowdhury, Chairman, Bangladesh Islami Oikkya Jote, were present as the special guests.
H. E. Janab Qamar Abbas Khokar, Acting High Commissioner for the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in Bangladesh; Janab Husseyin Ahmed Al Balawi, Head of Saudi Department, Embassy of Saudi Arabia at Dhaka, Janab Fasih Ali, Counselor, High Commission for the Islamic Republic of Pakistan at Dhaka, were present as the Guest of Honor.

IQRA President and Shaikhul Qurra of Bangladesh, Sheikh Ahmad Bin Yusuf Al Azhari chaired the conference.
The conference took place at 15 locations of Bangladesh under the auspices of International Quran Recitation Association (IQRA).
