The biggest Quranic event of Thailand in the history ‘International MiladunNabi (SAW)’ was held on 3rd April at Bangkok. The conference was inaugurated by the King of Thailand, King Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun (King Rama X).

The world renowned Qari of Egypt and Bangladesh Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Ahmad Naina and Sheikh Ahmad Bin Yusuf Al-Azhari participated the conference as the Guest of honor.

Sheikh Ahmad Bin Yusuf Al-Azhari is the President of International Quran Recitation Association (IQRA), Chief Qari(Shaikhul Qurra) of Bangladesh and Director, Institute of Quranic Science and Phonetics Bangladesh. Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Ahmad Naina is the President of World Quran Reciters Association (Ittehadul Qurra Al-Alamia, conducted by the Arab League), and International Secretary of International Quran Recitation Association (IQRA).

The representatives of Brunei, Malaysia, Indonesia, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines also participated the conference. Ambassadors, Dignitaries, Diplomats, Scholars etc. also attended the conference.

During the speech, Thai King appreciated and praised the Guests. The king also gave importance of organizing such conferences.

After the speech of Thai King, the audience presented Naat-E-Rasul (SAW) together.

After Dua, Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Ahmad Naina and Sheikh Ahmad Bin Yusuf Al-Azhari presented the recitation from the Holy Quran. Following that, they received their crest of recognition.

Sheikh Ahmad Bin Yusuf Al-Azhari is the only one Bangladeshi Qari who participates international Qira’at conferences at several countries, who also attends conferences held at Royal Palaces of Different Kings as a Royal Guest. He is the elder son of Imamul Qurra Qari Muhammad Yusuf (Rah.), who was one of the organizers of Historical Six Point Movement and Liberation War of Bangladesh, the pioneer of correct recitation of the Holy Quran in Bangladesh.

Internationally reputed Quran Reciters of 19th International Quran Recitation Conference Bangladesh-2019 had visited Ma’hadul Qira’at Bangladesh on 18th February. They were-

• Qari Abdur Rahman Sa’dien of South Africa
• Sheikh Qari Yasir Sharqawi of Egypt
• Qari Yasar Cuhadar of Turkey
• Qari Hamid Shakernezhad of Iran
• Qari Numan Pimbayabaya of Philippines

During their visit to Ma’had they advised the students regarding the correct recitation of Holy Quran.

Sheikh Qari Ahmad Bin Yusuf Al Azhari, President of International Quran Recitation Association (IQRA), Director of Institute of Quranic Science and Phonetics Bangladesh, and the Chief Qari of Bangladesh has traveled to Germany to participate the International Conference as the Chief Guest. The conference will be held at Dortmund on 24th March.

The Chief Qari of India, former Chief Qari of Darul Uloom Deoband, Mawlana Qari Abul Hasan Azmi Hafizahulloh visits Ma’hadul Qira’at Bangladesh on 26th December. Qari Abul Hasan Azmi advised the students of Ma’had regarding the correct recitation of Holy Quran.

Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Ahmad Naina, the World topmost Qari of Egypt; President, Ittehadul Qurra Al-Alamiah & International Secretary, International Quran Recitation Association(IQRA) visits Institute of Quranic Science & Phonetics Bangladesh on 14th October, Sunday by the invitation of Sheikh Ahmad Yusuf Al-Azhari, President, International Quran Recitation Association(IQRA).

Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Ahmad Naina influenced the students about the Art of Recitation. He attended the International Sufi Conference at Basundhara Convention Center, Dhaka organized by PHP Family.

Sheikh Qari Ahmad Bin Yusuf Al Azhari, world renowned Qari and the Director of ‘Institute of Quranic Science and Phonetics Bangladesh (Ma’hadul Qira’at Bangladesh)’, has traveled to Morocco by the invitation of the King of Morocco His Majesty Muhammad(6th). Sheikh Qari Ahmad Bin Yusuf Al Azhari will recite from the Holy Quran at Moroccan royal palace in the presence of His Majesty Muhammad(6th), Ministers, worlds renowned Islamic scholars, Ambassadors,Dignitaries.

Sheikh Qari Ahmad Bin Yusuf Al Azhari, Director of the Institute of Quranic Science and Phonetics Bangladesh, has traveled to Australia to participate International Qira’at Conference.

Sheikh Qari Ahmad Bin Yusuf Al Azhari, Director of the Institute of Quranic Science and Phonetics Bangladesh, has traveled to Brunei Darussalam to participate National Qira’at Competition as a Judge.
