International Quran Recitation Association (IQRA) is a not for profit government registered Social & Religious organization of Bangladesh, dedicated to spread the sound of Holy Quran and also engaged in providing humanitarian services. IQRA was established in 1966 that organizes International Qira’at Conference every year all over Bangladesh to spread the correct recitation of the Holy Quran. Under this organization the first & distinct Institution of Holy Quran Ma’hadul Qira’at Bangladesh has been operational since 1971 where almost all of the Quran Reciters, Hafize Quran, Islamic Scholars, Teachers, people of all professions have learnt the correct recitation of the Quran.
For the last 50 years, the Institution has been conducting its activities at different locations temporarily. Currently foreign students are also studying here.
For this reason, we took an initiative to purchase a land to build a permanent campus of Quran Learning Institute along with a Masjid Complex to carry out this noble cause of teaching and spreading the sound of Quran recitation in a beautiful way Insha’Allah.
قَالَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ,من بني مسجداً لله تعالي بني الله له بيتا في الجنة (رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ)
Our beloved Prophet (SAW) said, ‘The one who builds a Masjid for the pleasure of the Almighty Allah, Allah Almighty would build a house for him in Jannah (Sahih Muslim).
IQRA is also engaged in providing humanitarian services. In 2017, IQRA took responsibilities of the 501 Rohingya refugee families and provided them food, financial aid, medicines, Quran Majeed and Quran education books, built Masjid, monthly remuneration of Imam, installed water tube wells, toilets etc. Moreover, IQRA ‘Humanitarian Service Fund’ provides financial assistance for medical treatment, assistance in marriage for the incapable and provides food for orphans at various locations.
IQRA will soon engage in providing free Ambulance Service to the mass people Insha’Allah.

- Donate the price of one square feet of land for Mosque & Quran Learning Institute = 5,555/- BDT (Five Thousand and Five Hundred Fifty Five Taka) or, 65 $ (65 Dollars).
- Donate the price of 435 square feet land (1 Shotok).
- Donate the price of 720 square feet land (1 Katha).
- Donate any amount for purchasing an Ambulance.
- Donate in the Self-Reliant fund.
- Donate for installing Water Tube-Wells/Water Line/Ablution Room.
- Donate in the Medical Treatment fund for poor/incapable.
- Donate any amount to help the Flood Victims.
- You can also donate your Zakat.

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رضي الله تعالى عنه, أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ, إِذَا مَاتَ ابنُ آدم انْقَطَعَ عَنْهُ عَمَلُهُ إِلَّا مِنْ ثَلَاثٍ : صَدَقَةٍ جَارِيَةٍ، أو عِلْمٍ يُنْتَفَعُ بِهِ، أَوْ وَلَدٍ صَالِحٍ يَدْعُو لَهُ (رَوَاهُ مُسْلِم)
Narrated by Hazrat Abu Huraira (RA), Our beloved Prophet (SAW) said, ‘When a person dies, all their deeds end except three- a continuing charity, beneficial knowledge and a child who prays for them (Sahih Muslim).
For myself, parents, relatives, children’s, we will get the reward (Sadkaye Jariya) Insha’Allah by providing our financial support to build a Mosque along with Quran Learning Institute and also by taking part to purchase an Ambulance for the mass people.
