The 20th International Quran Recitation Conference was held in Bangladesh from 24th January-9th February 2020. The conference was organized by International Quran Recitation Association (IQRA), sponsored by PHP Family Bangladesh, in association with Islamic Foundation Bangladesh.
The opening ceremony of the conference was held at the National Mosque Baitul Mukarrom, Dhaka on 24th January. Sufi Mohammed Mizanur Rahman, Chairman PHP Family, was present as the Chief Patron.
Janab Mawlana Qari Shah Ataullah Ibne Hafejji Hujur, Chairman, Bangladesh Khilafat Andolon; Janab Mahbub Hossain, Additional Inspector General of Bangladesh Police; Janab Abdul Hamid Jamaddar; Director General of Islamic Foundation Bangladesh; Janab Misbahur Rahman Chowdhury, Governor, Board of Governors, Islamic Foundation Bangladesh were present as the special guests.

Janab Mohammad Reza Nafar, Ambassador for the Islamic Republic of Iran in Bangladesh; H.E. Janab Haji Haris Bin Othman, High Commissioner for Brunei Darussalam in Bangladesh, H.E. Janab Majid Halim, Ambassador for the Kingdom of Morocco in Bangladesh; H.E. Janab Abdul Qayoom Malikzad, Ambassador for the Islamic Republic of Iran in Bangladesh; Janab Fahad Khalifa Al-Attiayah, Deputy Head of Mission, Embassy of the State of Qatar at Dhaka; Janab Sameer, Deputy Head of Mission, Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco at Dhaka; Janab Dr. Seyed Hassan Sehat, Cultural Counselor, Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran at Dhaka; Janab Mohammad Fadli, Secretary, High Commission of Malaysia at Dhaka; Janab Tarek Al-Shaer, Cultural Attaché, Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt at Dhaka and Janab Bambang Prihartadi, Minister Counselor, Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia at Dhaka were present as the Guest of Honor.
